Introduction

HWCP series slurry pump is the series products of Haiwang Company by its own research and design in accordance with the market demand. The pump is designed with excellent hydraulic model with high efficiency and outstanding performance.

The barrel of pump is of the structure with pump shell and replaceable wearing resistant material for convenient assembly and maintenance and long service life.

The slurry pump technique can meet JB/T 8096-2013“ centrifugal slurry pump” standard.

Working Principle

Driven by the motor, before starting the slurry pump, the pump body and suction pipe are filled with liquid.When the impeller rotates at high speed, it will drive the liquid between the blades to rotate together. With the function of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge of the impeller, and the kinetic energy also increases. When the liquid enters the pump shell, due to the gradual expansion of flow pass in the volute pump shell, the flow rate of liquid will gradually decrease, and a part of the kinetic energy is transformed into static pressure energy, thus the liquid can flow out along the discharge outlet at a higher pressure. At the same time, the center of the impeller forms a vacuum when the liquid is thrown out, and the pressure at the blade is higher than the center of the impeller, therefore, the liquid sucked into the pipe will enter into the pump due to the pressure

difference. The impeller keeps rotating, and the liquid is continuously sucked and pressed out.

Installation Type
