How Desander Cyclone works:
The dust-laden gas enters the cyclone separation area of the equipment through the equipment inlet. When the impurity gas enters the cyclone separation tube along the axial direction, the airflow is strongly rotated by the guide vane, and the airflow spirals downward along the cylinder into the cyclone. In the cylinder, the abrasive particles with high density are thrown towards the wall of the device under the action of centrifugal force, and under the action of gravity, they fall to the storage area along the wall of the cylinder, and enter the sandblasting area from the bottom of the equipment. The rotating air flow shrinks in the cylinder and flows towards the center, forming a secondary vortex upwards and flowing through the air duct to the dust removal chamber, after being filtered by the filter element, it flows out through the outlet on the top of the equipment.
