Domestic leading processing equipment and production lines
Haiwang production base with construction area of more than 150000 square meters in total, equipped with high-power optical fiber laser cutting machine, automatic welding robot, the largest cyclone shot blasting rust-removal and painting assembly line as well as the other leading domestic processing equipment and production lines, so as to achieve material preparing, machining, welding, rust removal, painting and the other advanced automatic fabrication process, which ensured the quality of products and production efficiency comprehensively. Annually produce the Ф10mm~Ф1500mm cyclone of more than 30000 sets and vibrating screen, multi-layer screen, spiral separator, fluidized bed separator etc. of more than 5000 sets.

By means of the international advanced wear-resisting material processing technology and the professional production line of high-aluminum ceramics, rubber and polyurethane wear-resisting materials , the produced materials such as "HW-AC wear-resisting and high-aluminum ceramics "," HW-R wet mixing wear-resistant rubber" and "HW-PU wear-resisting polyurethane" are of advanced fabrication process and superior performance indicator. User can flexible choose to use by combination in accordance with the site service and working condition so as to improve the service life of the overall unit.
